1. Overview

Crossvio ("the Service") lets you connect your own social media accounts, schedule content to be published at times you choose, and optionally use AI-assisted replies to comments. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Your accounts & authorization

You connect third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others) via their official OAuth flows. You authorize the Service to act on your behalf only for the actions you initiate, and you may disconnect any account at any time, which revokes that access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or schedule. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish it and that it complies with the terms and policies of each platform you publish to. Nothing is published without an action you take (such as scheduling a post).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, to violate any connected platform's terms, or to send spam or unsolicited messages. We may suspend access for violations.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party APIs. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, content rejections, or account actions taken by those platforms. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
